Shipping & delivery

Every order ships from our lot in Irving, Texas (Dallas–Fort Worth). Shipping cost is shown on each part and again in the cart before you pay.

Handling time

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed, and you can follow the shipment from your account.

Parcel shipping (most parts)

Mirrors, modules, lights, trim, suspension parts and the like go by UPS, FedEx or USPS ground. Typical transit in the continental US is 2–7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are quoted separately — message us before ordering.

Freight (engines, transmissions, large body panels)

Heavy and oversized parts ship on a pallet by LTL freight truck to a commercial address or a residence with a liftgate. The freight rate is shown on the part page and in checkout. Please inspect the pallet before signing for it and note any damage on the delivery receipt.

Local pickup

Pick up free at our yard in Irving, TX — choose pickup at checkout and we’ll email you when the part is ready.

International

We ship worldwide for most parcel-size parts. Duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Message us with the part and your address for a quote.
