Do you sell new or used parts?
Used original (OEM) parts. Every part is pulled from a real vehicle at our lot in Irving, Texas, and photographed — the photos on each listing show the exact unit you will receive.
How do I know a part fits my car?
Each part page lists the vehicles it fits and, when we have it, the OEM part number. Add your car or VIN with “Choose your car” and the catalog marks what fits. The safest check is to match the OEM number on your original part. Not sure? Message us your VIN before you order.
Can I make an offer?
Yes. Every part has a “Make an offer” button — name your price and add a note. We reply by email; if we accept, you get a link to check out at that price.
What is your return policy?
Most parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the part price, and within the US we pay the return shipping. The part has to come back as it was shipped — not installed, modified or taken apart. Parts marked “Sold as is” are sold without returns. Details are on our returns page.
Is there a warranty?
Almost every part carries a 30-day warranty against defects from the delivery date. Parts marked “Sold as is” on their page are the exception.
How fast do you ship?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days from Irving, TX. Most parts go by UPS, FedEx or USPS ground (typically 2–7 business days in the continental US); engines, transmissions and large panels go by LTL freight. See shipping.
Can I pick up a part locally?
Yes — choose local pickup at checkout and we’ll email you when the part is ready at our yard in Irving, TX (Dallas–Fort Worth). Pickup is free.
How much is shipping?
The shipping price is shown on each part page and again in the cart before you pay.
